An annual registration fee of $55.00 per student ($30.00 each additional sibling residing at same address) is due upon registration prior to your child’s first dance lesson. Parents are responsible for notifying the office of any change of information (address etc.) Registration payments are non-refundable.
A Liability/Hold Harmless Waiver is required for participation. Please click here to download and print, then complete the form and turn it into the studio office.
One 60-minute class = $80.00 per month | One 45-minute Creative Dance class = $75.00 per month
Wings School of Dance offers a 3-tier tuition rate for students taking multiple dance classes. The 3-tier tuition rate applies to 60-minute classes:
• 1 class per week = $80.00 per month
• 2nd class per week = $75.00 per month
• 3rd class per week = $70.00 per month
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis, due on the 1st of the month and delinquent after the 5th. A $20.00 late fee will be automatically assessed for tuition received in our office after the 5th. All tuition is based on 36 class meetings September through June; therefore, there will be no extra charge for “fifth week” lessons as these lessons are used to offset the days when the studio is closed (see WSD Calendar). Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Automatic bill-pay and monthly credit card deductions can be set up via online Registration. PLEASE NOTE: Automatic credit card deductions will ONLY be debited between the 1st and 5th of each month. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
Wings School of Dance is proud to offer a wide variety of classes. Students are placed in classes according to their technical abilities, not necessarily their age. All student placement is based on Instructor approval.
Parent Observation
There are two Parent Observation Days throughout the dance year. Observation windows remain open during classes on Parent Observations Days and parents are welcome to enter the dance studio to observe the last 15 minutes of their child’s class on Parent Observation Days. Observation days are held during your child’s last dance lesson in the months of December and April.
In the event only 2-3 students show up for a class, the instructor will teach a semi-private 30 minute class. If only 1 student shows up, the class will be cancelled. Tuition is only pro-rated if a class needs to be cancelled.
Student Pick Up and Drop Off
We ask that you drop off your child no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of class and pick-up no later than 10 minutes after class has ended. Students 5 years old and under must be supervised by their parent or guardian until class begins.

It is understood that Wings School of Dance reserves the right to use any photography and/or videotaping of student’s performances for purposes of advertising and promoting the studio. All ownership (including copyright) as well as all other rights, title and interest in and to these photography/videotaping shall belong exclusively to Wings School of Dance.
Each year Wings School of Dance presents a professional recital which enables our students to showcase their skills and perform dance routines they have practiced over the past year. The dance recital is held in a professional venue and requires students to purchase a costume for each class in which he/she is enrolled. For students to participate in the annual recital, a non-refundable recital fee is due on February 1 ($75.00) and costume deposit ($65.00) is due on December 1. Notification of any costume balance due will be handed out in memo form, approximately 2 months after ordering.
THERE IS NO EATING OR DRINKING IN STUDIO OR LOBBY (except for water). GUM IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE OF THE STUDIO. All students are expected to help keep Wings School of Dance clean and tidy.
STREET SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DANCE STUDIO, NO EXCEPTIONS. The dance room is not a play area. Only registered students with a signed liability waiver should enter the dance studio area. There are special events throughout the year when families are welcome to enter the dance studio area. For the safety of our student’s, dangling earrings are not permitted during any dance classes. Stud style earrings are allowed. Dress code must be adhered to at all times.

Twinkle Tot Tap-Ballet/Tap-TutuCute: Any color leotard with or without attached skirt or tutu, suntan tights and Dance Now Brand Girl’s Student Tap Shoe (Style#DN3720G) in black or Bloch Annie Tyette (Style#S0350G) in black.
Replace ribbon laces with black elastic (Black elastic can be purchased at any craft or fabric store).
Hair: Securely gathered into a bun. Please secure long bangs with a clip or bobby pins.
Girls Level I-III: Any style black leotard (no attached skirts), Capezio Convertible or Full-Footed Tights, Color: ballet pink, Bloch Prolite II Hybrid Leather Split Sole Ballet Slippers in Ballet Pink Style #S0203G(child)/S0203L(adult). Cut laces to 1 inch, double knot and tuck excess into shoe.
Boys Level I-III: Fitted white shirt, black shorts or leggings, white socks, Any brand Leather Split Sole Ballet Shoes in Black.
Cut laces to 1 inch, double knot and tuck excess into shoe.
Warm-up attire is allowed during the first 15 minutes of ballet classes.

Attire: Fitted shirts, tank tops, half tops, booty shorts, leggings, jazz pants (fitted to the knee), harem & slightly loose-fitting pants can be worn in Hip Hop class.
